Got sent out with people that didn't want to work and only wanting to get paid for the 4 hours of work when they dont actually want to do the work. Labor Finders needs to hire workers that have a vehicle, some of the workers catch a ride with you and think they can have attitude with you. They sleep in your car when you should be on standby at the job site and they complain about only wanting to get sent out and sent back home to get the four hours. Lazy workers.

I went in i tried doing the application answered some pretty weird questions about drug use and if i did drugs would it affect my work i answered no so it automatically disqualified me or would i drink on the job would i Steal from a job if i had issues with a supervisor i answered no so i got disqualified for 90 days idk if its for recovering addicts or addicts period but this place is bogus

The absolute worst place to hire people from. I am a construction contractor who needs able bodied people to do CONSTRUCTION work. This company only sends out people who smell like alcohol or cant even lift 50 pounds. If you need temporary help I would advise to look elsewhere.

They are very unprofessional from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out there is a recruiter Ashley who works there and is very rude and didn’t want to take the time out of her day and do her job to help someone get a job I can see why the turn over rate here is horrible would not recommend!
