Great experience! Garland helped me order a can am mavrick x3 the deal went smoothly. I went back two months later and bought a jet ski same experience as the first. I recommend R&S for their great service and customer satisfaction!
My wife finally gave me the green light to purchase a side by side! So I pack the family up and we drive about an hour only to be disappointed, the sales guy can’t even come over to greet us, it’s unreal because I’m excited to start the process and this sales associate is so uninterested it’s like pulling teeth to get any info, I feel like I spoke with the one employee who has no interest in helping his customers. Unfortunately my wife got fed up with the attitude and told me let’s take our money elsewhere. If you need basic supplies and know what you need go to this store but for actual customer service or help this is not the right place. Will never come back and I do not recommend
Very disappointed. We drove over from Rio Rancho to purchase a Can-am, cash in hand. We were initially greeted awkwardly from across the room. We told the associate what we were interested in, and he came back and said “sorry I can’t show you one”. No reason. I had to ask why he couldn’t, and he said “I just asked and they said I can’t”. He didn’t even ask to show us another side by side. This employee had no idea what he was doing, no interest in helping us, and has no business in sales. We will take our business elsewhere, out of New Mexico if needed, unfortunately. Don’t waste your time here.
Great experience. Helpful and had everything ready that i needed. I’m a repeat customer and I’ll be back to buy from them again.
Fast courteous staff, I got a new Can Am Ryker 900. The whole process took about an hour. Big kudos to the finance manager, she handled all the sales like a ninja, lol.
