The customer service here is immaculate! The service department is working on our 1996 Kawasaki and they have been extremely thorough and transparent with every step they take. Luigi has been the service technician working on our bike and he has been sure to call us and keep us in the loop about everything that needs to be serviced, how much the parts cost, how long they will take to arrive, and how much the total of parts and labor will be. The other agents who I spoke to over the phone, Jesse and Ryan, were super professional and took thorough notes when I asked them to check certain things out on the bike. The prices seem very fair and their quality of work seems extremely high. I will always use these guys for any bike repairs or maintenance work!!

Bought my first motorcycle here and the experience was awesome. Marshal was my sales guy and he really took his time with me. Everyone was helpful, especially Ben at parts showing me what I needed for maintenance. Thinking about buying a second bike !
So I but a x3 can am in December of last year. I was referred to r&s west by a couple of friends and after looking around I decided to make my buy with them... the second time I took out my x3 for a ride a light came up, so I took it back not thinking that it was going to take over 3 week to get it back... what I'm not happy about is that if I dont call the service department every week is not like I'm calling every day, they dont call back to let me now what's going on. At this point in not happy with my buy or the way they are handling my case. It is a brand new machine I think a bit of priority work of work just fine..
