Self Serve is fantastic! I've ordered from them for a long time and have nothing but great things to say about them, but I recently had a phenomenal customer service experience that I have to share. I had ordered a package online as a gift for someone, and needed it by a specific date. I ordered it well in advance and Self Serve shipped out my order very speedily. The package arrived four days before I was set to deliver the gift, but the mailroom where I live accidently returned the package (oh no!). I called Self Serve and they came up with a brilliant solution. They went the extra mile to pack an order for me as soon as items arrived in the store AND figure out overnight shipping to get me the item on time. When you order from Self Serve, you can be sure that you're ordering from a local business that cares about the work they do, the customers they serve, and the community they are a part of.

Very nice, helpful staff. Safe non toxic products for sale. The downside is limited products. The upside is that they are queer friendly. You won't get a gross heteronormative feeling like at the other stores. Definitely shop there & support the business.
