Really great service, even during COVID. Katie was a spectacular provider. She answered all my questions, really listened to my concerns, and helped come up with a treatment for my acne that was affordable. I highly recommend!

I have been a client of WDC's for 20 years. I spent many years in the sun, so I have relied on the expertise of the physicians to catch anything that needed to be addressed and they have always been professional and extremely through during my appointments. I also have several appointments a year on their cosmetic / spa side of their practice. Kathy and Bianca are both highly skilled and have always been crucial in helping me maintain good skin. I would highly recommend this practice.

I wanted to specifically leave a review about Jessica O. from the billing department. I called her a few weeks ago to try and figure out why I was receiving a charge from my insurance company for a generally covered procedure. She has been absolutely determined to help resolve this issue. I cannot express enough gratitude and am blown away by her dedication. In addition, she makes sure to communicate frequently so I always know where we stand in this process.

Dr. Carol Purcell of Western Dermatology was very helpful with prescribing Humira. Dr. Purcell promised to help with getting my medications through insurance. The overall experience was very disappointing because of the front office and assistant interaction. From the front office not delivering key insurance information to Dr. Purcells assistants to not following up with my hand delivered credentials, I must give the practice a negative review. Call backs to me sometimes occurred a day and a half later or not at all. Everyone is busy, particularly as we all struggle with the current health climate. Not receiving medications because of the inability for office staff to follow up with critical credentials for insurance is inexcusable. I do not wish to but I will have to find a dermatological office that is better suited to deal with my personal health.

Without a doubt worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. Charged me several hundred dollars, dodged phone calls, and once I did get ahold of someone they told me they decided to drop me as a patient. I had several labs done... the doctor didn’t call about those. The only thing I was told was to eat vitamins and find a new doctor.
