This company is very dishonest. We brought in our combine for repairs (my husband talked with 2 service counter men and a mechanic) explaining what he wanted repaired/checked over they acknowledged and said they would call with details before repair. We did not receive communications on what exactly was being repaired, I stopped in the store to see what was going on, needless to say repairs that was not authorized were done. 18,000 bill and what we brought the combine here for repairs was not repaired. The counter help and mechanic both lied on why I brought my combine there for. Now I am left with a combine that is still in need of the repairs even after spending 18,000.
