I did not see Alex Dickinson throughout my pregnancy, but she was the on-call doctor when my son was delivered. I would not recommend her in the slightest, in fact I’d rather suggest she lose her license. She almost killed me, then covered it up. After my son, she did not wait for my placenta to detach itself but instead pulled on it, HARD. This ripped it off and caused a uterine inversion as well. I almost bled to death. My PCP is a midwife and guessed what happened right away. If I could give her less than one star I would. I am no longer seeing any OB/GYN in the UnityPoint system for pregnancy on the chance that she is on-call and deliveries any more of my babies. Do not let her deliver your children.
