Very, very unprofessional! The folks who give you the quote and great sales people but the people who do the work are being paid minimum wage and are very unprofessional. I had a screaming/cussing session between the co workers in my yard, they cut my cable line, and I have video/pictures of the workers stopping my work and going to my neighbors house to do their work for cash! I reported it and was told they were on lunch... people have Ring and video these days they had already taken an hour lunch!!

One of the trucks pulled out in front of me to keep up with the rest of his crew, causing me to have to veer into another lane, I blew my horn and the truck had the nerve to blow back like I was wrong. When I called the office there was no since of sorry or suggestion, I was asked did I get the number off the truck, not I'm sorry that happened, where was this location, etc. While I was at the stoplight, I pulled out my phone to take a pic of one of the trucks that was speeding down the road and it was going so fast, I was surprised I got this much in the picture. This was not the truck that pulled out in front of me, but it was the one behind this one with tracker stuff attached to it, this is the truck the other one was trying to keep up with.

Do not use this company. The owner James is a liar and stole money from my uncle. Run, run as fast as you can. Never pay this guy to do work. He is not to be trusted. Work with this company and the owner at your own risk.

Putting it Out there

I've seen the reviews and felt I needed to relay my experience. The mow crew takes care of the community where I live. I parked my car in the road but out away from the grass so the crew would have plenty of room. The mower hit my vehicle and dented it along the bottom. I noticed it when I came out that night to move my car and called the office the next day. They sent someone out to look at it and he tried denying it was the mower so he brought the mower back and there was no doubt it was the mower he still tried to deny it but when I spoke to the office manager she was very friendly and helpful and had me take my car to the body shop for an estimate. Long story short, they fixed my car and offered to pay for a rental while my car was being repaired. I felt that them taking responsibility and fixing my car was good enough so I didn't bother with the rental. So thank you to the owner of the company and to the office manager for everything.

Our mobile home park uses them for lawn maintenance. Their weedeater threw up a rock and smashed the window in my front door. They denied it was them and refuse to pay for it. Other neighbors on both sides of me had had windows broken and paint chipped on their vehicles but Alexander's never takes responsibility for their employees careless work. It would be one thing if they did a good job, but we usually have to go out and even things up ourselves. They don't weedeat where we have asked them to do it, and yet weedeat a rocky area with no vegetation causing damage to property. They spend about 5 minutes per property and are worried about being quick, not good. Do not use!

Totally inconsiderate of vehicles near grass. They took the weed eater right up on your vehicle. Grass was on the hood and all over the front end. Chips were taken out of the paint from rocks flying up and hitting the vehicle. They have had multiple complaints about this and nobody seems to care enough to change anything. It's every week. RIDICULOUS!!!
