David communicates well explaining the problems I have with Apnea and tweaking the settings. His knowledge impressed me when he responded to Anita's question about neck pain I've had for several months and we attributed to sleeping with two pillows to elevate my head so the mask fits better. David examined the muscle and suggested it could be a nerve issue, rather that a strain or bruise as we thought, and as my PCP diagnosed a couple months ago prescribing Celebrex and heat, which did nothing to relive the pain. David suggested a steroids shot, which we took and I'm hopeful that will help so I can give him a positive report at our next appt 2/26. Very, very, pleased with him.....
