Robert & the team at Lindsay went above and beyond in our dealings with them for the purchase of our new vehicle. Robert was well educated on all of the vehicles features & options. A good portion of this transaction was handled remotely due to Covid restrictions; that being said when we arrived at the dealer, everything was ready for us. I reside in Maryland, but traveled the distance to Virginia as my experiences w/ the Lindsay group in the past has been excellent. I first visited the Cadillac dealer in Maryland closest to where we live but found their service and desire to meet our needs lacking. I reached out to Lindsay as we had purchased our Lexus from them, and we really liked the level of service. When i reached out to Robert, he advised that the vehicle i was looking for was a possibility, and assisted us in the build & order of the vehicle we wanted. He did not try to sell us another vehicle but was willing to assist us in getting what we wanted. We waited 3 months for our vehicle and could not be happier. He kept us updated on the status, and alerted us immediately when it was delivered. Robert is a true professional, and as long as we stay in the Cadillac family, we will be customers of Robert & the Lindsay group. I personally will encourage all of my family & friends looking for a Cadillac to visit Lindsay, as they will go above expectation to meet your needs.

Excellent dealership! The Staffs really helpful; I would buy another Cadillac from these folks. We had the most awesome and unexpected time. We were just looking to test drive a car and the dealership was very attentive to our needs and we bought a car after the test drive. Highly recommended! Kudos to John Vyass!! The best!
