I have been a customer of Maid Solution for approximately 3 years and continue to be extremely happy with their services. I was impressed from the very first meeting where I was provided an in home estimate and an overview of their services. They do a fantastic job. The cleaners are always on time, professional, respectful and provide outstanding service. Especially during these unknown times with COVID, I have been blown away with the extra precautions that are taken. They have done a phenomenal job communicating how they are keeping everyone safe. Paula is great to work with! She explained all of the services and scheduled me with ease. Very simple to get the cleaning service set up with her. Marta's team did such an amazing job cleaning my place, she was wonderful and super attentive to detail. Such a nice experience. I will want them here each time and I recommend Maid Solution to everyone!
The ladies who came to the house were very kind, punctual and did a GREAT job! I'm in treatment for cancer, so with my compromised immune system, I could not be more impressed with their work. Everything was cleaned with They even tolerated my over friendly dog and managed to get the place spick and span while we were in the house! I'll definitely be using Maid Solution regularly.
Maid Solution has been cleaning my home for about two years. I am very happy with their services. Every cleaning the crew is friendly, polite and very thorough. My apartment is always spotless when they leave. They have also taken every precaution to prevent covid-19 from spreading. The crew wears masks and gloves and only use rags that stay at my house. I highly recommend Maid Solution. I am a satisfied customer.
We have been using Maid Solution for 4 years and are very happy with them every other week! Paula and her team are so responsive and flexible. Our house smells amazing after they leave and they are wonderful with our friendly dog Mason. The price is great for the Alexandria area. I highly recommend!
