Fantastic customer service - despite a small miscommunication the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I'm going to say this sign brought in at least half of our Girl Scout cookie revenue. ;) Will absolutely use them again!
My partner and I arrived at the old town Alexandria location in an emergency as our printer broke and we needed about 40 presentations as soon as possible. The team was excellent, all of them worked hard and fast, gave us a great price, offered us for an extra small fee staples, so that saved us even more time. I would definitely go back for any printing job, they are very professional! I could not get the name of the woman that first helped us, but she was very sweet as well as the gentleman doing the printings. Very happy with the service.
Absolutely incredible customer service! Called with what I though was a big job and they turned it around within 24 hours. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience! I look forward to working with them in the future.
