They backed out on me last minute. Said slide was damaged in the storm. Why didn’t they check before the day they were supposed to deliver? Had to scramble to find another one. Communication was difficult and customer service was terrible. Plenty of folks with slides for rent nowadays so I’ll be using someone else.

We have used space jumpers twice now, and both times they have been absolutely amazing! Great prices and very fast booking but most importantly they have been nothing but kind and courteous! We will never use anyone else!!

My family and I have had good, reliable service from this company for over a year. However, this July 4th weekend, their service has been deplorable. We were quoted a price by Tony Bordelon for a slide July 5- July 7. It is July 5th, 3:07 pm and I've just had a conversation with Jonathan about the time of delivery. He told us that they were going to drop it off on July 6th because they are backed up. We have kids that are waiting to slide today, kids that were told by their aunts, uncles, cousins, mothers, and fathers that they were going to slide today. And instead of the company giving me a time, or apologizing for the delay, I was asked by Jonathan, \What do you want me to do about it\, and that, \I could come get it myself.\ Keep in mind that I'm from out of town, don't have a truck, and dont know the first thing about setting up a slide. So excuse me for saying, that I found the operation and most importantly, the customer service, disappointing. I know they must be busy and frustrated, and I'm not trying to add to the strain, I just want what was agreed to.
Owner was very quick to respond and super friendly. Everything was very professional and happened in a timely manner. They had the lowest prices in CENLA. The kids enjoyed the slides and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for slides or jumpers. Will be renting from them again
