Spoke to service and asked for recommendations for a transport company to bring my Cali T from New Mexico to Philly for sceaduled service. He said no... just no. I asked is there any shipper you could recommend or someone who knows. He said no, and no idea... agian. I asked if thats really true? He said yes... and that was the end of the conversation. Maybe get yourself someone who has a little more tact or at least a semi formal education. Ill be taking my business to north jersey. Best wishes, byeee!

Had a great experience. Bought a new Ferrari from Jorge during quarantine, sent my used Ferrari to Algar confirming value and 3 days later my Portofino showed up. The car was exactly as represented and they arranged the transportation for both vehicles. Was waiting until final paperwork showed up until my review, title showed up yesterday. Buying a Ferrari sight unseen took some trust and confidence and Jorge did not disappointed.
We were immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk. The customer service was great, and pictures are allowed. There are two floors, both jam packed with cars. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even just for looking.

Absolutely fantastic! Michael and Rachel in service made my day so effortless and easy. Brought my car in for an inspection..... the least expensive car by far in the whole dealership. You would never know. I was greeted by Rachel with the most wonderful hello and was handled perfectly like I have been in hundreds of times before. I was also greeted by Michael on my way out and again just the nicest greeting and conversation. Super patient with a Ferrari geek like me !!! My car was returned spotless...Thanks Gary! I have wandered the Sales Floor before to look at the masterpieces and same experience from Francis, Tony, Patrick and Matthew. . I’m sure it’s hard to have people constantly waking in just to look. Always greeted with hello feel free to look at everything etc. top notch dealership and a excellent place to interact with on any level. BAR NONE!
