This was my first time ever having to leave my dog in the care of someone and I am so glad I found pause for pets!! It was pretty short notice but Susanne was able to accommodate my requests and went above and beyond. I never worried about being gone for the weekend after seeing the level of care she gave to my dog butters. The portal they have is amazing and you can see each visit along with pictures! Susanne is extremely caring and it’s obvious she loves what she does. I will no doubt be using Susanne in the future! Thank you for caring for butters we appreciate you!

Susanne and the rest of the Pause for Pets team are wonderful!! We use Pause for Pets for cat-sitting when we go on vacation. We have used the spectacular service multiple times. We love our cat very much and hate to leave him but we know he's in great hands with Pause for Pets!! We receive regular updates and photos while we're away. They provide all the things you think of like feeding and litter box cleaning but on top of that they play and cuddle with our cat! It really gives us great piece of mind!! We highly recommend Pause for Pets.
Susanne and everyone at Pause for Pets are fabulous. They are so kind, attentive and thorough. I do not worry when I am away knowing my cats are so very well looked after!
I had a wonderful experience with Susanne at Pause for Pets. I reached out to her in desperation because I had a very sweet stray cat that kept coming to my back door and I was unsure what to do with it. I know absolutely nothing about cats and I am very allergic. Susanne was so kind right away and offered to take the cat to a local rescue for me, and then helped me reach out to the local animal control where we determined that the cat had a microchip! I was so relieved. Susan went above and beyond and I truly appreciated her help! I can vouch for her professionalism and excellent communication.
Ginger and I love Pause for Pets and Susanne! Susanne truly loves the pets and her job with them. My dog Ginger is so happy after a visit and walk with Susanne. It's great to have someone I trust in my home and with my dog who is part of the family. I highly recommend Pause for Pets!
