The stylist was determined to cut my hair and I eventually gave her permission to cut two inches and she cut five inches off the back of my hair. I left messages for the owner to call me and she never did. It has been almost two weeks since this happened. I have called several times only to be told that the owner was not there. I have been going there since 2014 and have never experience this before. But this particular stylist always looks a mess from head to toe. I really feel like she was jealous of me and didn’t want me to have any length to my hair. I don’t know her name but she worked in the second chair from the back of the shop. I think I’m going to dispute the charge at my bank.

I have been going here for years! They do a fabulous job, even on my 4c hair. Going in, you hit the wash station where sometimes they're more rough, sometimes they're gentle. You have the option for deep condition which is under a steamer, really getting that deep penetration. You dry in rollers for about 45min and that's when you go to the chair. They blow-dry you, flat iron you, and give you a choice of curly or straight. Everyone I've seen comes out looking AMAZING. I had to put a pic of my beautiful nappy natural (4yrs)hair so you can see how they work. If you can stay away from excessive humidity, it last about 1-2wks for natural and 3 for permed. Mon-wed it's 25 for wash and blowout, 45 the other days and worth every penny. Tip your stylist and shampoo girl, they deserve every penny and more. You're welcome in advance! The staff is not professional very rude. I also didn't like the fact that my hair had this awful smell to it like a burnt smell kind of like a perm smell to it. It also messed up the texture of my curls will not be using this place ever again.
The shampoo girl relaxed my natural hair I spent six years trying to grow. I am writing this review in tears because Alina’s ruin my natural hair! Avoid this place if you have 4C hair. I’m literally writing this review in tears because I have the start my journey over. Inform your customers that you mixed your products with relaxer. I never give you consent to relax my hair!
You have to make an appointment with them during COVID. You’re not gonna get chic fil a level customer service but at these prices I was willing to let it go. You’d be hard pressed to find the services they offer at the prices they offer in the area. Especially Mon-Wed when they’re running their special. I don’t think they put relaxer in the shampoo but if you’re natural I obv wouldn’t come here for blowouts. The high heat may cause some damage. Been coming here for years though and will continue to. My hair looks good.
