You can change your life at Alkaline if that is your goal. The classes are top notch and the instructors are extremely supportive. I started with the new student special (49 unlimited yoga for 1 month) and took all of the classes offered. Now, just over 1 year later, I'm going almost every day and sometimes twice a day. At 44 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life and my only regret is that I didn't find Alkaline sooner.

This team and their passion for and teaching of yoga has done wonders for my wife's and mine general health and overall peace of mind. We have being using this facility for almost year going 2 to 3 times a week. Trying different types of sessions to get a feel for the type of practice we would like to carry forward in life. We are truly blessed to find this group of yoga leaders and practitioners. We have become close friends and are quite fond of both the leaders/teachers and the family of fellow practitioners.

Wonderful studio. The instructors were very welcoming and inviting. I felt right at ease. I enjoy classes with Jessica. Her voice is so soothing I forget I can’t even do half yoga poses lol I feel so good! Thank you!

Great experience! Close to home, wonderful atmosphere, and affordable. Attended the mindful resolution workshop to start the new year off on the right foot. Highly recommend trying a class out and/or attending the workshops - Dr. Connie is amazing. They also offer yoga mat rentals (the first rental is free with your first class/workshop) which is nice for the days you forget to bring your mat.

Yoga/Hot Yoga first timer here. Didn't totally know what to expect and had a little bit of nerves going in. Victoria and the staff made me feel very welcomed and the cold Lavender towel at the end was a Godsend. I'm proud to say I feel fantastic afterwards and very much enjoyed it. Will be doing it again in the future!
