Excellent service! Des Moines received 13” of snow and my computer had technical difficulties. Even with the snow he was able to get my computer in and look at it. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond! Recommend utilizing his knowledge and services rather than the big box tech stores. Would recommend to everyone in the Des Moines area.

I'm just gonna say this guy is awesome. I was in the middle of building a new pc and had just bought a ryzen 7 3700x during installation I managed to bend the pins... a couple on each corner... some were pretty bad I started trying to figure out what I can do on a saturday night everywhere except this place was closed. Jeremiah responded to my voicemail within 10 minutes. I dropped off my cpu and case and picked it up assembled very nicely the next day cpu repaired and installed. dont let the limited reviews fool you. also due to covid we met outside which made me a little nervous but glad I went to him good quality work at a very fair price.
Laptop had been on the fritz, so contacted owner, who identified the problem and worked out a solution to it in less that 24 hours. The price was very reasonable and the owner gave consistent updates on when he found the problem, what he could do to fix it, and when he was done.
