My Sewing Machine was purchased here. Not Only did I receive just a purchase, but I got a unlimited supply of helpful and Friendly Staff. They are always willing to help guide me if I have a problem or a question with my machine. Thank You to the Staff at All Sew for going above and beyond just the sale.

Purchased a serger and have taken a class at this shop . Others have told me the owner is rude, but I had shopped there several times and never had that experience...until my last visit. The sad part of my experience is that I left thinking, “he actually thinks the tone and manner he used was okay”. Well not with me! Lucky for me I just discovered the Ann Arbor Sewing Center. They have all that is offered there and more, and I get to see my grandchildren who live in Ann Arbor as a bonus. I really wanted to support a local business but customer service is obviously not a priority in this shop.
Alfred, the new owner, stopped what he was doing to examine my smaller, older Singer sewing machine. He threaded it and then sewed with it to prove that it worked just fine before I mailed it to my sister (it was my mom’s and she just passed away and wanted my sister to have the machine). I tried to pay him for his labor but he said just pass along a good word. done.
I took a sewing machine in here to be looked at for a friend of mine. I know nothing about sewing and Al took me through the whole process, showed me everything, fixed the machine in 10 minutes,and I was out the door!! He was awesome!! I highly recommend this place!!
Terrible won’t refund me just received it 2 days ago & it’s already hot . Beware of them Customer service is bad they can’t explain why it’s happen saying it’s my fault when it’s never been used
Best place to buy a sewing machine in the state. Al is encyclopedic in his knowledge of machines, and his ability to match you with the right one.
Great local sewing shop.
