I came here for the first time and I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. Their office is on the second floor inside the main building just to the left of the stairs.I just don't know what all the fuss was about. I set my appointment online and arrived 20 minutes early. After scanning my QR code from my online appointment I waited for less than 5 minutes before going to a room and was done in no time at all. The nurse who took care of me was very professional and polite and made me feel completely at ease with the procedure. I was out the door at the same time my appointment was scheduled to begin. You don't get service like that too often these days definitely five stars all the way.

I here for the firuse thi sfacility for my quarterly and annual lab work and have never had a bad experience. I set my appointment online and arrived 20 minutes early. After texting from my online appointment that I was there - in less than 5 minutes I was in. The procedure was painless (and bruise less) and the nurse who took care of me was very professional and polite. I was out the door at the same time my appointment was scheduled to begin.
Professional, polite and most of all efficient. In and out in about 5 minutes. Can't ask for more when I'm getting my blood drawn.
Depends on who you get as a technician as to how friendly and professional they are. Michelle is great! Others maybe not so much.
