They did a great job, I had trouble scheduling online, but it finally went through and they gave me my 10% discount. I think his name is Justin who answered my calls three times, I am sorry I don't remember the other guy's name who checked my phone and did all the prep work. My PC pro highly recommends them, and I had a great experience. I live close and will be telling everyone about them!

Fantastic! I had originally taken my iPhone to the Apple Store at Stonebriar Mall to have the cracked screen replaced and was just pushed to buy a new iPhone. It was an awful experience and I would never pay their inflated prices if I did want to buy a new one. I just wanted my screen replaced. I saw the reviews for this place were very good online so decided to try it. They were fantastic. One hour and I have a great new screen and a 6 month warranty. I saved 50 over what the Apple Store was going to charge for fixing the glass and the time I saved was incredible. It is such a racket at the Apple Store just to get to turn the iPhone in to a tech to check it out. At Batteries and Bulbs, the technician was great, took my phone right away, and I had it back and was making phone calls in an hour. It is a really cool shop, too.

Not a good exp unfortunately. Went in for cell phone screen replacement instead of ufixit. I even drove to 2nd location, picked up needed screen and delivered to my location. Technician accidentally broke a function on my phone. Store manager \graciously\ offered a 5 discount? Been in retail 30 years including consumer electronics and own a retail store and he wants me to believe his \below cost\ story? Sorry but no dice. Been a customer here for 5 years. I'm done..
