With fractured bone in my foot and vacation around the corner I needed a knee scooter. Owner gave me an extra day to return and when I came back one day late, he did not charge me more. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this place. I was very pleased with product and customer service.

I was looking for a scooter to rent but upon me coming in to check it out trying to make sure it would fit in the back of My Ford explorer I found that it would not so my next option was a wheelchair. I was absolutely thrilled that I was able to rent the chair for My event. I drove from Dolton to Morton grove to this store because the customer service I received on the phone was so impressive and I made sure he got my business! Not only was he helpful in explanations of what he offers for mobility options he seemed like he cared about me, the customer, not only because he was making a transaction but because that is the type of heart je has.
