I ordered a print head from this company. The website said it was in stock, but after not seeing a shipping notification for a few days I followed up and discovered that the print head had been sent to another customer and mine would be sent later next week. The head I received had all kinds of problems and it seemed like the company just wanted me to keep doing an endless amount of labor intensive/expensive tests, including have a certified technician switch the head with another color channel. At some point I realized that it was going to cost more to 'claim a warranty' then just buying another head. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from China, they sell them cheaper and you will get the same support.
