Dave and his team set my work up with a fire alarm and the process was smooth, smart, quality, and economical. I appreciate their sharpness and willingness to get us up and running and their follow-through after the install has been top notch. Everyone I have interfaced with there has been wonderful. A great company, especially since security vendors can be hit or miss.

We had to have a smoke detector replaced and batteries for our fire alarm panel. Technician was great and explained all that he completed. Unfortunately this did not resolve the false alarm problem we have. This same smoke detector has been replaced several times now. It keeps giving false alarms and the fire department is constantly being called to come out resulting in us receiving false alarm fees from the city. I am working with them and hoping we can have a resolution soon. Eric the service manager has been helpful and understanding.
