I am so upset with Aloha Pools. Our liner keeps floating every time it rains. Something is seriously wrong with the construction of the pool and they will not figure it out. They told me to contact a landscaper about drainage issues...did that and there is not a drainage issue. I have called Aloha countless times over the last year to get them to come fix the problem and all they do is reset the liner. That is not fixing the issue. Our warranty is up in April and I feel they are passing the time to put the expense on us. They will not figure out the issue! I have tried to be kind and understanding and I feel they are taking advantage of me because of my kindness. I truly hope Aloha Pools will do the right thing and fix the problem! We spent almost 50,000 on this pool and all we have done is deal with the liner floating and several things breaking on the equipment. I’m beyond frustrated and very upset. I have many many pictures for proof, but it doesn’t allow me to post a picture on here.

My son and family love their pool installed by Aloha Pools of Jackson.They have had many memories made around the pool with friends and loveones, already..We love to go over and spent time with them since they have added it as a wonderful addition to the property Great job, Aloha Pools..

I’ve wanted a pool so badly, but after my friends experience with Aloha, I never want a pool. They have had nothing but trouble with a pool that is not even one year old yet that was poorly installed and Aloha will not take ownership for their mistakes and fix it.

I struggle between a 3 and a 4. They delivered my sauna, didn't set it up completely, tracked mud everywhere they stepped not once but twice and I suspect I overpaid for a floor unit. On the other hand they were nice. I think I need to stick at a 3.
