After visiting several hot tub stores, we felt most comfortable purchasing our tub from Georgia Spa Company. Ken Jolie was very patient with us (first time buyers), knew the answers to all of our questions and helped us find the perfect tub for our needs. Great in store experience with him and his colleagues. Today our hot tub was delivered. Chris, Key and Jaden were super friendly, made sure that the tub was exactly in the spot we wanted it, set it up quickly and Chris walked me through the orientation, making sure I felt comfortable with the tub, water care kit and steps to start it up. Great delivery experience.

I bought an Artesian South Seas Spa (735L with Bluetooth) a couple weeks ago and it was a pleasure dealing with Georgia Spa. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the sales team (Ken Jolie), all the way down to the 3 gentlemen who came to install the tub (and the electrician from Gravitt who was also procured through Georgia Spa). While the hot tubs are not cheap, you truly get what you pay for for the whole experience. Well done Georgia Spa.

Their team worked overtime, our Spa was delivered early (Saturday after Thanksgiving).Great communication! Very thorough with installation and instructions, we already have our free in home orientation date set. We can’t wait to get started! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT GOOD AND ETHICAL COMPANY FEELS OK WITH TAKE A CUSTOMER HARD EARN 3000.00.? WITH NOTHING IN RETURN...... I SEE ALL OF THESE SALESMEN PUSHED 5 STARS BUT REALLY EVEN IF THE COMPANY COULD LEGALLY, WHAT GOOD AND ETHICAL COMPANY WOULD? THEY WONT EVEN GET ME A STORE CREDIT. UNLESS I WANT TO BUY A HIGHER PRICE SPA. I CANT EFFORT TO DO THAT. ALL THE 5 STAR RATING ARE PUSH WHILE IN THE STORE. THEY’LL TELL DON’T GAVE A RATING UNLESS IT A 5 STAR RATING.
