We've used this company since 2005 and we've always had a great experience. Our current technician Scott Flemming does a great job and if you live in the Roswell area, I would request him. They seem to hire and keep great people.
This is TWICE now that a technician reported completing our quarterly service, when I know he couldn’t have because half the house was inaccessible. He showed up prior to the scheduled time, so he could not get in the back to service. We had this scheduled time for a reason; we scheduled it when one of us would be home from work. The lack of integrity of this company/technician is unacceptable. They were going to charge us full price for half a service, had I not called them out.
We had an excellent experience with Northwest Exterminating. Jeremy Croft, the technician who treated our home for termites was excellent in every way. He was courteous, very professional and proficient. He explained in detail everything he did and was careful with our home and landscaping while doing his work. We appreciate the prompt response and thorough job that Northwest did for us.
