We used Amazing Rentals for a wedding this past weekend at Beaufort Inn. There were great in the planning stages. The day of the event, they were on time, everything looked perfect and they even helped me out of some last minute items I had failed to request. The guys were professional and super helpful. Everything was truly AMAZING with their help.

Utter nitemare dealing with this company. They don't show up, are careless and apparently have enough business already. When they didn't show up for an event they were rude and made excuses. Beware. More below: I always hand deliver a check immediately so the payment question is off putting. The first time I hired you guys, you were calling from the site asking for payment before you would install when I had paid in person days before. Someone forgot to process the payment. Not only did you guys not sign the returned check last week after not showing up to an event that we spent a lot of money to promote, you asked if I would like to pick up the refund. If I were managing the company, I would have personally delivered the check to apologize. When I asked for a meeting with management over a month ago, I was told it would be 2 weeks before anyone could meet me. We have more dealerships going up and 3 events per month at most of them. I am sorry, but I do not feel comfortable with Amazing Rental’s reliability. At this time, I need to find another vendor.
I had to cancel my wedding due to hurricane damage at my venue. Unfortunately, Amazing event rentals would not refund our deposit. I thought under the circumstances, this company would be a bit more understanding. All of my other vendors, housing, etc. have worked with me to return my money/travel to my new venue in NC.

I rented a table, table cloth, and standard folding chairs from them in July 2015. I picked up and returned the items to the office however I was never told that no one would be there to help me load and unload them. The table and chairs were filthy! I had to thoroughly clean them before I could bring them in my home. I brought this to their attention on returning the items. At that time I was offered a partial refund. However, after 2 weeks, I was told that because I didn't complain at the time of pick up, I was not entitled to anything. Rent from somewhere else! I've used other rental companies before, and never experienced anything like this!
I cannot thank the staff enough at Amazing Event Rentals. We threw a brunch on the beach and were able to rent tables, chairs and umbrellas for our event. It turned out absolutely beautifully and all of our guests kept saying how wonderful everything was. After a bit of a mixup with our vehicle, your company came in only 2 days before the event and saved the day! The delivery was timely and the two ladies that delivered were sweet as can be. Thank you guys so much for all that you did for us and our family for our event! I will highly recommend you to anyone and everyone in need of your services!
I had a destination wedding at Fripp Island Resort; the sales woman referred me to Amazing Event Rentals in Beaufort. I was told that they had worked together often and they were the best rental company in the area. Well, they're the only rental company in the area. I'm glad I paid to have everything delivered the day before my wedding because they were 4 hours late, which caused me to be late to my rehearsal dinner. When they did show up they delivered a Projector Screen instead of a DVD player and refused to refund it. I had rented a beautiful house on Fripp to have my reception and was due to check out the next morning at 11am. I told the Amazing Event Rental staff this, and they said it would not be a problem picking up before then since I was paying extra to have everything picked up on a Sunday. They did not arrive until 1pm which caused me to have to pay extra for the house I had rented, which again they refused to refund. I don't usually write bad reviews but it's disappointing that something so simple could affect your big day in such a negative way. And it seemed to me that, since I had already paid them, they weren't worried at all about my satisfaction with their service or their company as a whole. It doesn't necessarily make a difference that their service was awful since there's really nowhere else to go. But I would avoid using them and pay extra to have someone come from out of town before I ever used them again.
Working with Amazing Event Rentals was FABULOUS. As we had a destination wedding, I did most of the planning from Greenville and corresponded with AER via phone/email. They were patient when I visited Beaufort and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. The ladies and gentlemen who assisted us were absolutely fabulous to work with and were on time for the drop off and pick up. Note to clients: Be sure to confirm your drop off/pick up time up to three days before your event. This will ensure that any confusions regarding notes are cleared up.
