Would recommend to everyone. The staff here is nice the neighborhood is pretty and everything is so wonderful here I plan on staying a long while. My first day here they told me my fridge stopped working they had gotten me a brand new one the same day. My neighbors are nice and it is very peaceful all the time.

The new management company is overreaching at the worst. Why do you need to see the blinds of your tenants? Maybe they prefer sunshine and you should mind your own business. Furthermore, if you want your tenants to smoke outside in the inclement weather, and not the breezeways, don’t put the “smoker post” in the breezeway. I live in a wonderful neighborhood, one that does not take away from my personal freedoms, and it is not Amelia Village.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Our water heater busted(bc it was so old) a couple months after we moved in and we just received our move out bill and they want to charge us 1,700 for the replacement of the laundry room vinyl(due to water damage) and a couple pee stains they only saw from ripping up the carpet to put down hardwood floors. We have had nothing but problems. Our fridge leaked 5 times, maintenance broke a part of our dryer and never fixed it, power went out due to a messed up outlet so we had no A/C in August. NO matter how many times you complain and submit surveys they never follow up or call.

Lived here for three years. I will tell everyone that asks for apartments in the area to avoid this place at all costs. At. All. Costs. Staff is unprofessional, snobby and rude. Amongst other things.... I digress. There are so many other, better, more affordable places in the immediate surrounding area.

I have been living in Amelia Village for 2 1/2 years and I feel like I am \home\. I looked at a great many places before I chose Amelia Village. It is one of the few apartment complexes that has the most beautiful landscaping. Crepe Myrtle and a large variety of trees and planting and flowers are everywhere. You truly enjoy walking around the eighborhood\. The staff are friendly and give you the feeling of truly caring about you and your living experience here. Sonya and Jeannine are beyond pleasant and always ready to listen and accommodate any need or questions you may have. Maintenance is timely, and efficient and Wayne and Toni always get the job done with a pleasant and friendly attitude. I would even say everyone goes above and beyond meeting the expectations of the residents. My friends and church are trying to get me to move closer to Wake Forest and North Raleigh, but I am not budging. I love it here too much.
