Fantastic bubble, ours has lasted 13 years already, still like new. Zipper replacement has been the only maintenance required beyond annual soap spray down. They provided great support when we replaced our deck and had to install a new set of anchor bolts therein. \u003e John Plunket

wanted to write and THANK YOU for the wonderful CopyCovers Replacement Bimini Top you sent me earlier. I had been extremely frustrated with other options to replace my torn bimini top until I talked with Jake Smith. He walked me through the entire process and assured me the company would stand by its products and services. Jake was extremely helpful and professional. Awesome! Needless to say, I worried about a fit with my existing bimini frame (Premier Sunsation 160), but my fears were allayed. With an early Spring, I installed the Ameri-Brand replacement bimini with a perfect fit. The color, materials, and workmanship were excellent. Communications were superb! I will add the snaps (included in order) in the next week. I highly recommend Amer-Brand CopyCovers products and services and wish you great commercial success! Regards, Andy H.
I really love the product as shown and as advertised that it would be easy to install however when I received the packaging it took me a couple of months to find someone to put it together. Then we found out that there were no pre-drilled holes for installation. The parts were not marked/labeled (abc etc) so it was hard to figure out what part went with what. It was advertised that it only takes 2 days and two people to put it together. Wrong. It takes a lot more of both. There’s no YouTube tutorial to help support the installation. When we called in regarding instructions they didn’t seem to be able to help. I think they should pull this product until the can label the pieces, predrill the holes, develop a YouTube and or have better directions. Also do not advertise this can be done 2days 2 people unless you can show it being done on YouTube. This is truly meant to be constructive criticism. The product is needed to keep debris out of the pool and for those who cannot afford the alternative this is pretty much all we have.
I ordered a Carver Bimini Top after doing much research and talking with Ameri-Brand on the phone. I received the top very soon after the order was placed. Unfortunately, it was not as represented on their website or on our telephone conversation. I completed two separate RMA requests on the website and did not hear back from anyone. I sent the top back with a letter regarding my disappointment. After a phone call and several e mails, I received a credit for the purchase amount. I am out 60.00 for the shipping charges to and from Carver. Why should I have to pay anything when the top they sent me was not what I ordered? You need to understand the return policy prior to ordering. I assumed they would stand behind their product 100%.......... UPDATE!! I just read the owners response. Just to confirm. I definitely ordered the correct top for my BOSTON WHALER. My issues were a couple things. The top I received was not the quality I expected, and I was out the shipping costs to and from Carver. In fairness, I did receive the top sooner than they had projected when I ordered it. The top itself looked to be average quality and they did refund the purchase price. I accept full responsibility for not paying close enough attention to the return policy when I placed the order.
I was searching for a special sized liner for my pool and called Ameri-Brand Products. After calling several pool places over a few day period, Tim was the only person that asked me to go outside and measure the pool size to make sure I was getting the right size before he would even continue the conversation. Needless to say, had I ordered what I was supposed to get, it would have been wrong. Thank you for taking the time with me and having the patience of a saint. I would highly recommend this place.
The swimming pool dome Ameri-Brand makes and sells is great. No one in the northeast or in any colder climate, should have a pool without a pool dome. Being able to swim all year long, any day I choose, in any weather condition is just what my "old" body needs. Great therapy for my Fibromyalgia. Simply a fantastic product from a fantastic company. They are truly a blessing in today's world!
These folks provided me with a PERFECT fit on my boat cover. Better than the original. Super customer service and they knew more about my boat than my dealer ! Highly recommend. Nice people.
