BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Upon getting wings that were ordered EXTRA WET WITH LEMON PEPPER SPRINKLES !!! All I RECEIVED WAS DRY BAD WINGS !!! I have to requesting to be compensated because they did not answer their phone when I called back they told me it was not their fault it was door dash is app. The app does not interpreted them the correct description. Door dash was the problem because this happens all the time. I told them they need to correct it with door Dash so they can give a good customer service. Their response was door Dash needed to do it. And the customer needed to call the restaurant to make sure they’re all it was correct. My response was so you’re willing to take peoples money for improper orders and not compensate them or make it right. There were spots was you need to call door Dash and call the restaurant to make sure the order is prepared properly. They did nothing wrong. So they take your money and don’t give you your order right and not trying to make it right by ensuring that the people they use make your customers happy. ALL they want is your money don’t care about if you get good food or not

The rice is so good! It had fresh veggies in it. The fish was tasty too,whiting. My hubby had the steak Philly, it was average. Hot fries. Tea was perfect,not over sweetened. Service was friendly. The chicken looked Soo good. Next time we will try the wings.

If you want good service and fast food. This location is great. The lemon pepper wings wet with fries and a peach lemonade will always do the trick.

This is my favorite American deli location. I've yet to be disappointed by them after going here for years. The staff is nice and friendly and I once witnessed a customer throwing a tantrum and being aggressive toward the staff and they kept their cool and acted professional. Good food, good people.

I love this clean restaurant. One of the best for service. You can tell the manager cares about the cleanliness!

I love American Deli, but wasn't really satisfied this visit. I had vegetable fried rice and 5 wings. They were the smallest wings I'd ever seen in my life. The fried rice was really dry. Maybe it was just an off day for this location. This is not my usual American Deli either. I was temporarily working in the area.
