Their recruiting leaves a lot to be desired. I have been getting spam though job sites from them for over a year. I kept declining but the messages keep coming. They finally sent me a message about a job that sounded pretty good so I signed up for an interview. The recruiter I spoke to could not even give me an idea of the pay rate and did not seem to know what job I had applied for. They need to get better organized.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. HR lied about a bonus and Refused to agree to anything in writing. Middle management is given full control of the floor and abuses their power. Ive never been treated worse at a workplace in my life.

I absolutely love working for ROI Solutions! Supervisory staff truly understand and are supportive of an employee work and life balance. They are flexible and willing to design a schedule that works for you. I have had unexpected, personal emergencies arise that interfered with working, however my supervisor has been great at giving me the time off to take care of family, etc. I respect ROI's company values. They have a team ideal and environment that makes employees feel valued and important. Even though we work together remotely I feel a comradery with my teammates. We all help each other when in need. ROI wants you to succeed at your job and makes sure you get the training needed to do so. I am grateful I work for ROI Solutions!
