We used the shuttle service for our wedding ceremony, and they were great! The arrived on time, and one shuttle stayed about 15 minutes past the time they were supposed to leave. There was an issue between the venue and where the guests had to park which cost time for the shuttles. I am thankful they stayed and made sure everyone got back to their cars. Highly recommend!

We used their service to take us to the Bob Seger concert. Great customer service, on time. We wasn't sure where they would be after show driver texted us during show to let us know where to find him. Very professional driver, unfortunately I can't remember his name. It was definitely worth what we paid for their service. Thank You

We recently hired American Limo to provide shuttle service between a local hotel and the event venue for my daughter’s wedding. Point of contact, Steve, was knowledgeable and personable in helping us determine details of the service we would need. Pricing was more than fair and our shuttle driver the night of the event, Max, was good-natured and flexible. This was one of the facets of our wedding planning we felt unsure about, but Steve simplified the process and made it easy and cost-effective!
I have not use your company yet and judging from your reviews. To have a non-working air conditioner is RIDICULOUS!!!. ARE THERE NO LIMOUSINE SERVICES AVAILABLE IN ALBUQUERQUE THAT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?. Is it not HOT in Albuquerque New Mexico. IF I WERE YOU, THAT'S YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER. Don't you think that you are to have the best service!.
