I used to work for this company and saw first hand how they treat their employees and their clients. Employees are treated like trash, talked about in front of their faces, asked to work weekend \fundraisers\ for no pay, and even Tariq Shane (the president and CEO) routinely yells at his wife and makes inappropriate comments to her in front of staff. I worked there for less than 3 months and saw everyone around me in the sales and contracts department fired eventually. Only the \executive team\ was kept on. This consisted of Mr Shane, his wife, his best friend, and Bill Edwards. Apparently this \cleaning house\ as Mr. Shane put it happened less than 3 years ago and seems to be a cycle. Clients are lied to, told that they have several employees working on behalf of a contract/project, that calls are getting made from the call center and followups are being made within 24 hours. There is at most one person making calls for every project, no followups are made, and the client is getting outright lied to and definitely not getting what they pay for. Some days Mr. Shane can be heard screaming at former clients on the phone clear as day from the other end of the office. They will give you no tools to succeed and ask you to perform miracles. They need to finance their car details and their expensive shoe buying habit, and as soon as they don't have enough funds to cover one of those things then you can count on getting fired. They didn't even give me my last paycheck. Pick another company to do your event.

I love these public reviews were (in most cases) provided by individuals who have been fired. I started with ASBA on the Call Center service desk and received promotions for doing my job. Ok, admittedly more than my job. I did not get caught up in office cliques and by into the office gossip that some many seem to subscribe to. If you truly want to know about ASBA; reach out to current and past clients and\\or speak with employees who are still with the company or no longer with the company but wasn't fired.
