I was department lead here for 2 years. My department was actually Chiyoda but I was also managing the Punch Press department as well. The pay was not bad at all and I was hired with no experience at all and quickly rose up into leadership. It's not clean and sometimes cluttered and messy enough to be somewhat of a danger. Working 7 days a week during most of the year throughout summer really gets old. Took away a lot of my fishing days. But I enjoyed it overall I walked away for personal reasons, needed to put my family first and they can't wait till winter every year lol. Took some great experience out the door with me including programming automation robots and complete knowledge of CNC operations programs and even maintenance experience on all types of machines throughout. If you got the time and really apply yourself it is a great opportunity for those who need it or just simply wanna learn copper and steel A/C parts. Carrier was the main customer when I was there and they kept us busy. 3 stars due to the oil and clothes being ruined constantly and the long 7 day summer's.
