They need to look into who they are hiring cause the one white lady that was behind the counter was extremely rude. I'm sure she is driving your customers away. Probably need to take a hospitality class or something .but I think the prices are reasonable though.

They need to bring David back. These new people take way too long. I've been waiting for 3 hours in the cold. This is ridiculous!!! If you can, go somewhere else. All the good reviews are from Years ago!

One would expect is the younger staff that would be aggressive and unpleasant but it is the grown white woman that has been there for a long time that is very unpleasant, (and is only white staff member I saw working there when it was brought to my attention by another customer, and 90% of their customers are color and foreigners) The way I saw her treated a customer yesterday was appalling. I think she should not be dealing with customers under any circumstances. Her behavior is not to help customers but to display her savagery toward them.

Can you imagine they have about five chairs in there and they told me they can only have one person inside at a time what a load of BS. Because two people can be in there and still be six feet apart.
