Mark Gannon’s company does an excellent job of managing my farm. I inherited a farm in 2007, however I have no experience in farming. I quickly realized that I was in over my head and turned to Mark for help. Mark started by managing leasing of the farm, using his “Fair Lease” concept. He now manages the entire farm operation. This includes the leasing, managing the government programs, managing fertility, renter relations, drainage, paying the bills, keeping records on all aspects of the farm, and providing a detailed annual report. Mark and his company do an excellent job and I highly recommend his services.

Gannon Realty assumed operation of our family's farmland venues when our father died more than a decade ago. The years since have been very gratifying. Mr. Gannon's forte seems to be in recruiting quality operators and then establishing contracts (called "flex") that protect the operator while also allowing the owner to participate more fully in good years. That, and his commitment to soil quality to preserve long-term value makes him a standout in farm management. His attention to detail and personal availability round out the picture.
Mark was easy to visit with and the services he offered. Had trouble with one sibling about a previous renter . Mark met with the three of us and the best decision was to hire him as our farm manager. Mark checks the farm on a regular basis . Sending pictures and reports on the new renter . Getting the soil back to where it should be. I would highly recommend Mark & he works hard in the interest of client. Beverly Joan Aves
