I'm so glad I signed up for the new moms group! It was incredibly helpful and I learned a lot about baby development (and the big topic - SLEEP). You are supposed to meet as a group outside of class every week too, and that was probably the most valuable part. It was great for building confidence in getting out of the house, going to different types of places, feeding in public, and of course talking to the other moms. I highly recommend this class!

My husband and I took the all in one express class this last Saturday in Maple Grove with Stephanie. This class exceeded our expectations and Stephanie was AMAZING. She did a wonderful job of making us all feel comfortable, didn’t judge anyone, covered breastfeed in depth (it’s a topic of the class)- but also touched on formula-fed, didn’t make anybody feel forced to have a natural birth, and she explained things in terms we all understood, and answered all of our questions in depth. We never felt like she was rushing through anything but we were also never bored. The class did a great job explaining things through Stephanie talking through them but also with videos. The class was wonderful overall and I’m glad we waited until 33 weeks to do so because now we are even more excited and feel much more prepared and it’s fresh in our minds now. I would highly recommend this class AND Stephanie!

My hubby and I, as soon to be parents, took the all-in-one-express class with Alexia. It was awesome. She's knowledgeable and down to earth. She really cares about you and new parents in general, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere and promotes learning. The class is 7 hours, so a little long, but definitely manageable. Covers everything from labor to delivery to nursing to post partum and post natal cares (yes, including diapering). Great resources made available to you through this class as well.

My husband and I took the Natural Childbirth class there and I have taken a New Mama class there. Both classes were very informative and the instructors were incredibly friendly, encouraging and knowledgable! I highly recommend Amma.
