I would have given this company a zero stars if I could. After calling multiple times and not picking up my garbage the owner of this compnay a very arrogant gentlemen told me he has a better idea and he is not going to pick up my garbage. What a unprofessional guy!!! Highly not recommend!!!!

Please if you are reading this do not trust this company to work with. One of the managers George is very disrespectful and rude and constantly gives excuses for negligent work. I would constantly call this company bc their men never picked up the garbage however when it. came to getting money for the bill they knew to show up to collect on time. If I could give a negative numerical grade I would bc this business should not be presented to the public.
I wish I didn’t have to give a star. The owners of the company seem like nice people but their drivers are horrible and a ruining their business. If you want your garbage picked up DO NOT USE them!!
If you like dealing with rude and disrespectful customer service from the owner himself then this is your place. As a customer who inherited this company as a result of a recent business I took over, I was hoping that they would be reliable so I kept them and boy did I make a HUGE mistake. I called to inform their office of a missed pick up and had the extremely unpleasant experience of speaking with the owner, who was very very rude, letting me know that they have 100’s of customers to service and if they missed my pick then they’re only human. What! Who says that to a customer? Was my response. He then goes off into saying that if “I want I could go with another company” but theres nothing he could do if his guys missed the pick up. We’ll guess what? I will be going with another company who’s more respectful and dont treat there customers like trash. Oh, and if you don’t believe my review read all the other reviews on this company. I don’t think we’re all lying.
Terrible Service. If you want your trash picked up don't call this company. Rude office personnel and completely unreliable.
