Very calm and peaceful. Just what I needed prior to taking a potentially frightening trip. I am sold on the train now.

Nice and cozy, but a bit crowded when I was there 4/24. The attendants were personable and accommodating. No showers?
Located just outside the Gate 5 door, and to the right. Comfy, quiet, clean place for business/sleepover assengers to hang out while waiting. A few soft drinks and juices, and a separate door to the tracks, avoiding the long line at boarding time. One more star for more comfy chairs. Edit: super nice bathroom... not what one associates with 'train station.
