Dogs are family. Leaving them in a safe place means everything. I don't have to worry about my dogs when I leave them here. It's not easy to leave them anywhere because I love them. However, the set up here for dogs, is a tightly run safe haven. There are many safety measures in place, which I appreciate. The dogs are housed behind many doors: shut one before opening another, with the uns\ having an indoor heated sleeping area that's accessed by a tightly latched \dog door\ that opens at hip level for easier control of dogs NOT simply running out. Its a great place, that has obviously been well thought out. From a protective \mama\ (me), I whole-heartedly recommend this kennel.

Great place to place your pet while you are gone. We left our dog Max there for 2 weeks and he was properly taken care of.

I had dropped my Queensland healer/ Basenji dog off for 19 days.. I arrived and discovered that it was an open air unheated kennel...my dog has short hair so I was concerned about her being too cold. I was assured that they will provide a warmed blanket and bed. When I came to pick my dog up, I asked to go back to her kennel, I saw my dog in the kennel with no blanket or bed... then I discovered that she had two circular wounds on her paws that looked quite serious. The wounds were very deep and I could see her bone! I was not told about the wounds, only until I got to the car did I notice , when I came back , she told me , they were treating it with Neosporin but the wounds were not wrapped. She probably licked that all off. I am also under great suspicion that no blanket nor warm bed was provided and she was very cold and slept on a hard surface. It is the only way that she could've got these serious wounds :(
