The salesman Woody Rogers was great. He was straight forward, he didn't waste my time with back and forth negotiations, and I was in and out of the dealership with a new truck within 3 hours. The porter who got the car ready, was a pleasure to work with and he went the extra mile. The sales manager was very cool as well. He gave me a fair deal and that was good enough to get the deal done. I was very happy.

Purchasing my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT from Hardin was the best buying experience I ever had out of all the vehicles I have ever purchased. I've never felt this happy with a purchase until I came here. I was limited on time the day of the purchase, I was literally in and out within a couple of hours. Gary worked the deal online. He did exactly what he said. NO BAIT AND SWITCH. Gary and his associate Woody were great. Will keep buying from them, even though they are not the closest dealership. You cannot sacrifice distance for honesty.

This review is for the service department and the service department manager Walt. After calling just about every single GM store in Orange County and being quoted ridiculous amounts to reprogram a radio, I was blessed to get in touch with Walt. He gave me a quote that was a quarter of all of the other dealerships. I tie this directly to him being experienced and putting the customer first. When I got to the dealership he immediately got up from his office went to one of the advisors and told them exactly what they needed to do and how much they needed to charge me. I would absolutely take every single one of my cars to the service department as long as Walt is involved here. Thank you for the fair and courteous service!
