Eduardo went above and beyond to get us the best deal on the car I had my eyes set on. All of the staff were so amazing and accommodating. I had a great experience with the online sales team who made my buying experience efficient and hassle free. You can't beat Hardin prices - I tried but couldn't even come close anywhere in the LA area. I knew what I was looking for, so no haggling involved. Jorge and Carlos were excellent, thank you for my beautiful little Civic!
Hardin Honda has the best customer service out of all the nearby Hondas. No additional add-ons to their cars to mark up thousands of dollars on unnecessary accessories. Very honest and straight forward. Their internet sales department did an amazing job to give us the best deal and we booked a same day appointment to get the car. Once we arrived we were greeted right away. Nikita helped us and was extremely helpful and patient with any questions and concerns. The numbers were exactly what was provided to us over the phone. She gave us a full run down of the car, made sure it was everything we wanted and we started the process. After 3.5 hours we walked away with a 2020 Accord Sport 1.5T at the price we want. If you want to buy a Honda I would say Hardin Honda is the way to go! Overall: Customer Service: 10/10
