I had an awesome experience with Lux Bus! It’s an awesome way to get to Disneyland without a car in LA, and surprisingly one of the few services that will take you. You can also buy your tickets through them. My bus home was 20 minutes late, but when another driver saw us waiting she called to check the status immediately without us asking. My only complaint is the pick up time- we got there 30 minutes after disneyland opened which was nice but we had to leave Disneyland 4 hours before the park closed because there was no option for a later shuttle back.
I wouldn’t rent or work for this place better yet Covid-19 and Covid-20 working to bankrupt the little cash they do have. “Unprofessional” “Uneducated decisions” “unsafe travels” call someone else for a better experience.
Travel in comfort without having to worry about driving or gas prices, I love seeing new places without spending too much. It's perfect for my Las Vegas getaways.
Yuri is a great driver. He got us where we needed to be and was courteous, safe and fun. Great service all around
