Their technicians do not understand anything about refrigeration! They specialize in providing Complex Diagnostic and exorbitant cost to repair in order to entice you to replace your refrigerator. When their technician diagnosed our refrigerator as “Having a restriction” he advised to replace the “Compressor, The Evaporator and the Capillary Tube” for a cost of over 1,800.00. I have never seen this kind of diagnostic in over 30 years of technical experience! When I spoke with the manager, he justified the recommendations of his technician and accused me of not wanting to pay for services. When I told him that I was in the business, he asked me why I did not fix it myself! I was a refrigeration tech for over 30 years and retired 10 years ago; never heard of such a diagnostic. Their technicians gave similar diagnostic of 3 refrigerators. I called a local tech who came and in less than 2 hrs. and for about 350.00 evacuated the system, installed a new filter/dryer and recharged. The unit is working great after a month of operation.

Called these guys out because my walk-in wasn't holding temp. The first technician that comes out doesn't care about the job and spends more time in the restroom than he does checking the unit - it was also raining that day and if the rain is going to stop you from doing your job properly then come back when it stops. He replaces a service cap and adds coolant. The unit starts working then overnight loses temp again. I call them back out(on a day when it's not raining) and the second guy finds a part that was bad, replaces it and everything works fine. Now the issue is they charge me for 2 trips, almost 500 to change one part that took 10 minutes. Their customer service insists that it was 2 separate issues...that happened within a couple hours of eachother? I think the first guy didn't care about the job and it ended up costing me double.
