I was really in trouble when one of our workers hit our roll up door with the forklift. It was nearly closing time and we needed to get the door secured as fast as possible. I called R&S and they came right out and secured the door for the night. The very next morning they sent out a crew to fully fix the door and now it works like it's brand new. We are very pleased with the company, they have hard working crews and there prices are great!

We had a door issue and called a couple company's. R&S came out and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. What really caught our attention was that the guy servicing the door had noticed one of our employees struggling to operate our dock equipment. The tech looked at the dock equipment at no extra charge and found that all it needed was a simple adjustment. After fixing it he then showed our employee the proper way to operate the dock equipment and doors. We will be using them in the future for sure!! Thanks R&S.
