Our small, casual restaurant offers shabu-shabu (hot pot), ramen and pho noodle soup, and other traditional soups made with the highest quality farm-fresh and organic ingredients. Organic and halal meats, meats without added hormones or antibiotics, wild-caught seafood, five sauces—it's a hot pot experience unlike any other. We make our broths and sauces in-house. If we can make it fresh, we do! We also have bowls and wraps, poke, smoothies and boba, with many gluten-free and vegan options. We may be small, but we create big flavors with a level of quality that is hard to find anywhere else.

Customer Service: Above Average. We sat at the bar and waited around 5-7mins. I asked for recommendations and our bartender gave us great suggestions on what customers usually like to order. You're able to sample a drink before you buy it.

My first time in and I was immediately impressed with the bar layout and hots pots at each seat. I had a rice bowl with chicken which was very fresh. The servers were informative and helpful explaining all my choices. It's not an inexpensive chicken bowl .

First thing. The food is AMAZING! I absolutely love the concept behind this place. Organic and clean ingredients. The Panang chicken is phenomenal. The organic bone broth and miso soup is delicious! You’re missing out if you live within an hour of this place and don’t go check it out!

One of the few places serving fresh food in Anaheim Hills. Most of the place is bar seating as they need room for the mini stove hot pots. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and ice cream is delish. Would definitely come back.
