Who in God's name would show up to a patient's house with ALS to drop off and instruct on a suction device and cough assist with NO MASK or gloves? Unbelievable. Person Frank should be fired. My sister had to REQUEST appropriate attire be put on.

If I could have given no stars I would have. Truly one of the worst experiences of customer service I’ve ever encountered. Lady at the front desk was pleasant but one of the female pharmacist was absolutely unprofessional. Had a prescription called in on a Friday, arrive the following Tuesday afternoon to pick it up, and they had not filled it let alone printed it. They told me I would have to wait at least an hour for it to be filled. When I asked if they would call when it was ready she said no were to busy. When I asked why it wasn’t filled yet despite being sent on Friday she said they have a new system and they are too small fill prescription that come through that way. If it wouldn’t have been for the fact that I was told by my sons Dr. that they are the only pharmacy that stocks the attachment being prescribed, I would have told her she couldn’t pay me to do business with the pharmacy. But my sins is 3 and needs the attachment in order to use his inhaler. I can see by their reviews that this is clearly how they do business regularly and that is sad considering they help people who are typically sick and need help. Not sure how they are even in business! I’ll never return!

My Dr. sent in a prescription for a compound medication. This pharmacy could not fill it. Despite the fact I called to make sure they got the prescription I didn’t find out they couldn’t fill it till I called back a day later to check in it as they told me it could take up to three days. Both people I talked to on the phone were nice however, it’s just poor customer service not to let me know they could not fill this.

If I could give 0 starts to this place I would. Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. Between the customer service and the lack of someone not even answer the phones when you call here is atonishing to me. I’ve never seen a business more poorly run. The anchor pharmacy in Carroll hospital is so much better and I would recommend anyone going there instead of this establishment.

Out of control in this place. Sitting for 2 hours to fill a single prescription containing 12 antibiotics. Yes 2 hours sitting with 102.7 fever and they have zero decency. Its always a different excuse but same experience. I'm so completely done with this place.
