The best jewelry store in Anchorage! My now-husband and I shopped around looking at engagement rings last year and found the absolute best selection and service with Roy and Heather at 5th Ave Jewelers. The engagement ring buying process was smooth and easy for my husband and so was buying our wedding bands 8 months later. We planned our wedding last minute and Roy was able to have my husband’s band ready within a week (and I was even able to sneak a message to Heather so I could get it engraved for him). My set is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy with it.

I can't recommend 5th Avenue Jewelers enough! I recently crushed my engagement ring in heavy equipment and damaged the head and some of the ring's intricate detail work. After reading Yelp reviews of several Anchorage jewelers I called Roy and brought in the ring for an assessment. From the get-go, Roy was lovely and very helpful. I showed him photos of the original state of the ring and he assured me that if anyone could get it back to its original state, his jewelers could. The whole team went above and beyond with the ring. It ended up requiring a rare head that needed to be ordered from abroad. Roy kept me in the loop the entire time. When I got my ring back, I was BLOWN AWAY! It looked better than it did before the accident. The gold shined brighter; the details were just stunning. I also had the ring resized and soldered to my wedding band and the fit and design are just incredible. I'm converted - we will definitely continue to work with 5th Avenue Jewelers for all of our future jewelry needs!

These guys are great! I would absolutely recommend them. They helped me upgrade the stone in my wife’s wedding ring and get a beautiful 10th anniversary band to go along with it. They look absolutely stunning and my wife couldn’t be happier. Normally I’m a bit intimidated when it comes to the jewelry scene, but Roy was incredible and made the process go super smoothly. He’s very knowledgeable, honest and accommodating. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. As long as I live in AK they will be my go-to place!

If I could give more stars I would! Roy and his family went above and beyond with their customer service. Roy is very personable and full of great energy. I went in to upgrade my wife’s diamond for our 10 year anniversary and left with the absolute perfect outcome.
