The American Meadows Condominium Association (the AMCA) needed a viable security system that could be customized to its neighborhood and the cost would fit within the projected budget for 2018. The AMCA Board of Directors queried their Association managers to put the Board in touch with other Associations to seek their advice and recommendations. The Alaska Network Security company came highly recommended by the Knik Arms Association as a reliable and trustworthy candidate to implement a security system for the AMCA. After observing the system implemented for the Knik Arms by Samuel Kauffman partner of Alaska Network Security, the AMCA Board of Directors unanimously agreed that Samuel’s company was the right fit for the AMCA security needs. From the first walk through assessment, the creating of the customized plan for the AMCA, the providing of more than one optional estimate made this entire process a smooth and streamline project. The AMCA is particularly impressed with the aftercare steps taken by Samuel. The training was phenomenal, and our questions were answered promptly. Any glitches that arose were reviewed and resolved in a timely manner. The Alaska Network Security always strives to provide the customer service they want, and when that may not be totally possible Samuel will at least point the customer in the right direction. As the President of the American Meadows Condominium Association Board of Directors, we consider our organization to be very lucky to have a local vendor of such integrity and expertise on board when the need arises.

I needed to go out of town for some time and didn't want to leave my house without some way of knowing everything was okay. I saw the Alaskan Network Security truck driving by and I called the number. Within the day we had a free estimate for a 4 camera install and when I was ready to start the install, they showed up and got it finished fairly quickly. Their system is the best and least complicated I've ever used.
